Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Lead Catch LLC ("LeadCatch", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use our services.

Our services

LeadCatch provides Local Video Content (short videos made and posted for your business), Ads Management (Meta lead campaigns built and run for your business) and the LeadCatch app at app.leadcatch.co, which is included with every plan. Each paid plan is also governed by the service agreement you sign at sign-up. If these Terms and your signed service agreement conflict, the signed service agreement controls.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use of your account.

Fees and recurring billing

Plan fees are billed in advance, in U.S. dollars, on the day you start and on the same date every month after that. Your plan renews automatically every month until it is cancelled as described below. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on file on each billing date.

Setup fee: $0 for sign-ups through December 31, 2026 (founding offer). From January 1, 2027, a one-time setup fee of $500.00 is charged with your first payment.

Contract term

• Local Video Content: month to month, with no minimum term.
• Ads Management and Content + Ads: a 3-month initial term, then month to month.

Cancellation

To cancel, give at least 30 days' written notice to support@leadcatch.co (or through support chat in the LeadCatch app). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the service month in which the 30-day notice period ends; a service month that starts during the notice period is charged and delivered as normal. For plans with a 3-month initial term, you may give notice at any time, but cancellation takes effect no earlier than the end of the initial term. We confirm every cancellation by email within 1 business day, stating your last charge date.

Refunds and the content guarantee

Fees for delivered work are not refundable. If we deliver fewer than 20 videos in a Local Video Content service month for reasons within our control, that month is free and its fee is credited on your next invoice. Billing errors are always corrected. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Ad spend

Ad spend is not included in any plan. You pay Meta (Facebook and Instagram) directly for ad spend. Because LeadCatch never receives it, LeadCatch cannot refund, credit or reverse ad spend under any circumstances.

Billing questions and disputes

If you think a charge is wrong, contact us first at support@leadcatch.co and give us 10 business days to investigate and resolve it before you dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer. We acknowledge billing messages within 1 business day.

No guarantee of results

We promise consistent, done-for-you work. We do not promise or guarantee views, followers, rankings, calls, leads, booked jobs, revenue or return on ad spend. Examples and past results we share are illustrations, not promises.

Limitation of liability

LeadCatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.

Service modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services. We will give notice of significant changes when possible, and price changes as described in your service agreement.

Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or of your service agreement.
